The Front Entrance to the Red Lion Near Disneyland
The parking is in the back of this hotel, there is a little ticket meter that you have to take a ticket from. Parking is $14 a night, which is higher than what I'm used to paying. The parking lot for Disneyland is very close to here and it's $15 to park there during the day, or you can take a shuttle from the Red Lion to Disneyland, which is not free. $5 for adults and $2 for kids (the baby is free). You'll want to figure out the best and most effective way for you and your family to get to Disneyland. Walking isn't out of the question, it's just not a quick-short trip.

Red Lion Hotel Room Details
Inside the room there is a nice Keurig coffee machine, a microwave, refrigerator and safe. All these things are very nice to have when you are staying with your family in a hotel room. I don't really need a safe, but it's nice that they have one for guests that are staying longer periods of time and have a lot of valuables.
One thing you should know, although having a Keurig is a nice luxury, they should have TWO cups of regular strength coffee available!! They only give you one regular and one decaf as well as some tea and an iced drink of some sort. But really, ONE regular coffee is all you get, they sell them for $0.75 in the lobby if you want more. That was totally uncool.
Note to future hotel goers: BRING YOUR OWN KEURIG K-CUPS or pay $0.75 for theirs. I think it's ridiculous that there is only one cup of regular coffee available to hotel guests in their room.
I only paid $119.00 for the room through Hotels.com, which is outstanding for the area. When I got there I paid $14 in parking, which is high, but what can you do right?. There was no breakfast so that was a big disappointment for me (because I love free breakfast). I think that I would just pay a little more, stay at the Embassy Suites South where I know everything is great and bypass this place. Overall, it wasn't that special, even with a fireworks show view at night. The fireworks show was cool, but not enough to make this place somewhere I would want to stay again. Nice try babe, but next time book me at the Embassy or DoubleTree Suites.
