This time when we stayed we asked for the larger King Suite, this is not the one with the Disney view, the one with the Disney Fireworks view is on the corner and we actually had that one reserved but moved to this one because the other one just didn't seem that big, they said it was, but it really doesn't seem that big. I took a video walk through of it and posted here on the blog so you could see what I mean. This room felt bigger. These pictures here are from Suite #421.
This is an amateur video I took to give you an idea of what the suite looks like. I was fighting a cold at the time so I sound a little sick. I walk through the living room, dining area, wet bar area, bathroom and bedroom so you can see if you would like it or not. If you do like it and end up booking a suite, you should go through Hotels.com. They allow cancellations, there are two options to pay, and they are always cheaper than booking through the hotel direct. Also, we love it because they give you the 10th night free. So once you book 9 nights anywhere through them, you get the 10th one free.
Living Room has a Sleeper Sofa
In the living room you can pull out the sleeper sofa for the kids. That's what we normally do and that's why we book at the Embassy. We like that we get two separate sleeping areas with two separate TV's. Most of the rooms look out into the atrium but the corner suites do not. I'm not fond of the just a hallway view, that's another reason I took this room instead of the other one they were giving us.
Dining Area has a Table for Four
Another reason we choose the Embassy, a dining area for four, a refrigerator and microwave! When you have these things you can keep your own food and drinks in the room. There is a Target across the street too which is great if you forgot major things..like we always do.. ha ha.
