Behind the Golden Horseshoe is a little "hole in the wall" place called the Stage Door Cafe. It serves up most of the same stuff you get inside the Golden Horseshoe, just out the back door instead.
I ordered the adult chicken nuggets and the kids both had the children's menu chicken nuggets. My husband ordered the fish and chips. It's really not that exciting of a meal but we were so hungry we didn't want to go anywhere else so we came here. We didn't expect much.
If you're looking for something exciting to eat, this is not it but it wasn't horrible either. If I was going to eat inside Disneyland again, I probably would save my money and go somewhere else or only stop here for a funnel cake, which they do have. The funnel cake looked really good but I didn't want it to get cold while I ate my chicken nuggets and fries. I didn't feel like getting back in line for the funnel cake afterwards so I will order next time we are in the mood and in this land.
You can sit out on the patio and watch the boats and people go by. There are some other food places close by so if everyone wants to eat something different, it's not that big of a deal. River Belle Terrace Cafe is only a few steps away from the Stage Door Cafe, you can stop there for a sandwich if you don't like anything on this menu.
